Forgiveness and Acceptance

Atosh cannot help but burn most of what he touches. When exploring Equestria one night, he burned the Canterlot garden. While many attacked the poor elemental, Princess Luna found him and forgave him for the incident and accepted him for who he was, a curious, lonely elemental. Lifting a hoof to dear Atosh, she asked him to be friends because she knew how it felt to be different and alone. This soft gesture warmed Atosh's already burning heart and as he looked into the Moon princess's eyes, he knew she wanted to befriend him and accepted her offer.
